Before BARNES and BROWNING, Circuit Judges and MADDEN, Judge of Court of Claims. MADDEN, J.: The National Labor Relations Board, hereinafter called the Labor Board or the Board, has petitioned this Court
for enforcement of the order which the Board, on December 27, 1961, made against the respondents. The Board's order is reported
at 134 N.L.R.B., No. 157. Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. 160(e), confers jurisdiction
upon this Court to enforce the Board's orders in proper cases. The Board's finding that the employment relations involved
in the case were sufficiently concerned with commerce to enable the Board to take jurisdiction of the case is not contested
by the respondent.
